YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A part of the Susquehanna River will soon be more accessible.
Wrightsville Borough in York County has several docks and access points along the river and Lake Clarke. But many of them have one big problem that a new ADA-compliant kayak launch and fishing pier will solve.

“There’s been no way for the handicapped folks to get in the water safely,” said Eric White, borough council president. “So, we’re hoping that this will attract a lot of folks that formerly couldn’t use the river the way they’d like to.”
