HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The cases against two former Richmond Montessori School employees were dismissed in court Monday after a toddler wandered into traffic while in their care in 2024.
Thirty-four-year-old Abigail Baracat and 31-year-old Rebeca Rosas-Eterovic were each charged with one misdemeanor count of delinquency of a minor in May of 2025. The toddler walked onto Parham Road on Nov. 22, 2024.
The cases being dismissed in Henrico County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Monday, April 20, was expected. The last time the women were in court was in October of 2025, and the judge said the cases would be dismissed should they maintain good behavior…
