(FOX40.COM) — A suspect wanted in a grand theft incident was arrested Monday evening after a pursuit that was discontinued due to safety concerns, authorities said.
According to a spokesperson for the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, around 6 p.m., a K9 unit found the suspect vehicle near Stockton Boulevard and Fruitridge Road. The encounter led to a pursuit, during which the driver traveled against the flow of traffic.
