SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A traffic advisory will take place for the annual Step Up 4 Kids 5K & Kids Fun Run event on April 26. The streets along the perimeter of Leavenworth Park will closed from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for the event. For those participating, the runners will line up on Wilkinson Street for the race to start at 9:30 a.m.
