HORIZON CITY, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A coordinated law enforcement operation in Horizon City on Monday led to multiple arrests after investigators said several vape shops were allegedly selling THC products in violation of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
The Town of Horizon City Police Department, working with the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Socorro Police Department, carried out the initiative known as “Operation 420” after receiving information about alleged THC sales at vape shops within Horizon City.
