SHREVEPORT, La. — A pedestrian who was struck and killed early Saturday morning on Interstate 20 was running back and forth across the roadway as traffic approached, Shreveport police said Monday in a news release.
The Police Department received multiple calls about Ahmad King’s behavior near the Interstate 49 north interchange, but before they reached him he was hit by a car. Officers were there within a minute and attempted life-saving measures until emergency medical personnel arrived.
