NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — North Charleston Police arrested a Moncks Corner man after he allegedly threatened restaurant workers with a knife Monday night.
Thomas Matthew Speissegger, 44, is charged with armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Police responded to Taqueria El Manatial on the 7400 block of Stafford Road around 8:30 p.m., where they found two men holding Speissegger down.
