FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) –A Central Valley tradition reached new heights as car clubs from across California and beyond gathered at Kearney Park on Sunday for a free, family-friendly lowrider celebration hosted by Just Dippin Car Club.
” We’re known for hopping cars. We’re known for building them, making them look nice, and we beat them up,” said Ivan Meza, the Founder of Just Dippin Car Club.
Members say it’s all about creating a family-friendly event filled with food, music, and culture.
“We’re celebrating a lowrider day, something that the Central Valley doesn’t really get like that, said Meza. “You’re going to see everyone from grandpas, tios, there’s the kids, all ages. Low riding is about tradition. I’m going to pass it down to my kids, that’s how it goes.”…
