OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) — Three Marion County firefighters accused of hazing a co-worker are expected to make a deal with prosecutors.
Court records show that Seth Day, Edward Kenny, and Tate Trauthwein appeared in court on Tuesday and now have a change of plea hearing on April 30.
The three are charged with battery and false imprisonment for an incident last November at Fire Station 21 in Ocala. They had previously entered a written plea of not guilty…
