The Washoe County School District Police Department arrested a man this week after reports surfaced that he was attempting to contact students near Risley Elementary School.
Authorities identified the suspect as Jim Rosasco. He was taken into custody on charges of loitering at or near a school where children congregate. According to school police, the arrest followed a report of an adult male behaving suspiciously and trying to speak with students in the vicinity of the campus.
