CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Canton police spokesman was saying Wednesday morning that the 51-year-old Canton man shot in the face at a West Tusc apartment building early Sunday morning has passed away.
Police say Richard Staats was taken off of life support systems Tuesday afternoon.
