LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Police Chief Paul Humphrey stopped by the studio to discuss Derby street cruising.
“That’s absolutely a no-no,” said Humphrey. “The cruising on Broadway that used to happen in the 90s and early 2000s, I’m not going to say what we might have been doing at that time, but that doesn’t happen anymore and we’re going to make sure that doesn’t again and we have some new tools as you know that if they want to go out and cruise, that’s fine. We’ll take their car.”
