LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville and Kentucky history maker has a new statue in downtown Louisville.
The statue of Alberta O. Jones, a civil rights leader and the first Black woman admitted to the Kentucky bar, is in the Hall of Justice Plaza on West Jefferson Street in downtown.
