Shreveport woman donates beloved teddy bear in memory of 8 Cedar Grove children

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – A Shreveport woman plans to donate her beloved teddy bear to a children’s hospital in memory of eight Cedar Grove children who were shot and killed Sunday.

Erica Fultz received the teddy bear, named Phoenix, from her husband several years ago during a difficult time in her life. She had been in a serious car accident and was struggling with her marriage.

“I opened the door and this was sitting in a recliner,” Fultz said.
