MILLER, Mo. — A man has been charged after law enforcement responded to a home in 2025 and found a woman dead inside.
According to online court dockets, Robert Morgan, born in 1957, of Miller, Missouri, has been charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter in Lawrence County Circuit Court.
