Eugene, Ore. — April 22, 2026, marks 15 yeras since Eugene Police officer Chris Kilcullen was killed in the line of duty and the city is inviting the public to come out and honor him.
Officer Kilcullen was killed during a traffic stop along Highway 126 near 52nd St.
