CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Fox 8 I-Team has learned a Cuyahoga County Corrections Officer has been arrested on felony charges.

Cheyanne McClutchen was arrested Wednesday on charges that were filed in Lorain County Common Pleas Court. She is facing charges of aggravated possession of drugs and conveying prohibited items to a detention facility. The case was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
McClutchen was taken to the Lorain County Jail and her arraignment is set for April 30.

A spokesperson for Cuyahoga County says McClutchen will be “placed on unpaid administrative leave pending the adjudication of the criminal charges.”
