FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 1-year-old child and a 3-year-old child were kidnapped in Fresno on Wednesday morning, according to the Fresno Police Department.
The suspect was later arrested after two witnesses to the kidnapping held him down.
According to police, the call was received at around 11 a.m. in the area of Harrison Avenue and Cornell Avenue.
