Lawsuit accuses shuttered hospital CEO of ‘financial mismanagement,’ ‘misappropriating’ state funds

A co-owner of operations for the closed Oak Park hospital West Suburban Medical Center has now filed a counter-lawsuit against his business partner, asking a Cook County judge to appoint a neutral third-party to assume control over the hospital’s operations after allegations of failed management and “misappropriating” state funds meant to serve the community.
