Kansas City man charged after 102 mph chase, passenger trapped inside vehicle

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man is behind bars after prosecutors say he led police on a 23-mile, 102 mph chase – with a woman trapped inside his vehicle, screaming to be let out.

Reginald M. Lampkin Jr., 29, faces a felony charge of aggravated fleeing, according to Clay County Prosecutor Zachary Thompson.

Thompson added that the charge carries up to 7 years in prison and a $10,000 fine…
