Bills to regulate PFAS, hold companies accountable proposed in Michigan House

LANSING, Mich. — Lawmakers in Lansing are moving to tackle PFAS, otherwise known as forever chemicals, which are linked to cancer, liver disease, and immune system disorders.

PFAS is commonly found in non-stick cookware, stain and water resistant fabrics, and firefighting foams.
