After 30 years in the United States Navy, Carpinterian and Master Chief Information Systems Technician Phillip “Rocky” Rockwell has officially retired, according to his father Dan Rockwell.
Rockwell grew up in Carpinteria, and comes from the historic Rockwell family, which has a history in the city dating back over 100 years, Dan told Coastal View News.
