A Lower Saucon Township man allegedly handcuffed a Moore Township police officer during a violent struggle and threatened to kill him before backup arrived and subdued him with a Taser.
Besfort Kaja, 37, of the 2200 block of Leithsville Road, was in Northampton County Court on Thursday, charged with three counts felony aggravated assault; one count felony burglary; one count felony disarming a police officer; and one count felony criminal trespass, as well as misdemeanor and summary offenses.
