BALTIMORE (WBFF) — After an inspector general report revealed how much money Mayor Brandon Scott and his team spent on food and beverages inside skyboxes, FOX45 News obtained records showing just who has been benefiting from the perks.
The OIG report showed more than $52,000 was spent on food and drinks during Orioles and Ravens games since 2022; that dollar amount is after a discount was applied.
When the news first broke earlier in 2026, FOX45 News questioned Mayor Brandon Scott about the expenditures. The mayor defended the spending and use of the skyboxes, arguing the boxes are often used to bring children from the city to games or other city employees…
