It was a strange sight today at the top of one of Magic City’s most iconic buildings.
Someone dressed in black climbed to the top of the City Federal building’s neon red sign, stood on its corner and stretched his arms wide.
Who the person is, and why they stood atop one of Birmingham’s tallest skyscrapers, is unclear…
