LAKE FOREST, CA — Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 14-year-old male following a traffic collision involving a pedestrian and an e-bike on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The incident occurred shortly before 4 p.m. in the vicinity of Toledo Way and Ridge Route Drive in Lake Forest.
Upon arrival, deputies located an 81-year-old male who had sustained life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
