(WJET/WFXP)– City of Jamestown, New York police are investigating two shootings overnight Wednesday that left one person injured and believe are connected.
Police said the first shooting happened around 9:40 pm in the area of East 8th and Fulton streets, where an 18-year-old male suffered one non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The second happened about half an hour later at a nearby 7-11 on North Main Street, though police reported no injuries for that shooting.
