LEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Wilson Pigott Bridge reopened Thursday afternoon after a 10-day closure, following upgrades to replace its aging steel deck and ensure long-term safety and functionality.
“Usually these things take longer than we anticipate, so this is great news,” said Edda Howard of Babcock Ranch.
