(WPDE) — A Conway man in prison for running someone over with a car, and a Murrells Inlet woman, along with others, are accused of lying when applying for COVID-19 business relief loans.
A federal grand Jury in Columbia indicted Joshua Maiden, 42, of Conway, Tessa Hess, 43, of Murrells Inlet, and three others from Delaware, charging them with wire fraud, aiding and abetting, and destruction of records related to PPP loans.
Maiden is currently serving time at the South Carolina Department of Corrections for assault and battery after running someone over with a car following an argument at the Boathouse Bar and Grill in 2016…
