HOUSTON – A 36-year-old Michigan man and rapper has been charged in connection to allegations he opened fire at a popular restaurant in Upper Kirby that injured two people, including another rapper.
Jeremy Christopher Ford, also known as Allstar JR, is federally charged with unlawfully possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, according to Acting U.S. Attorney John G.E. Marck.
