BELLEVUE, Neb. (WOWT) – The Air Force activated two new command groups at Offutt Air Force Base, splitting leadership of the 95th Wing as the unit prepares for a major expansion.
The reorganization creates separate groups for operations and maintenance, each led by a colonel. The change divides oversight of seven missions that were previously managed by a single commander.
