JANESVILLE, Wis. — Rock County Emergency Management officials laid out what comes next on Thursday, after communities around the county took a heavy hit from severe weather and flooding last week.
The county saw widespread hail last Friday as well as at least one confirmed tornado. If that wasn’t enough, flooding was reported in the county on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.
