(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said the Fire and Heavy Rescue Team responded to the area of North Powers Boulevard and Constitution Avenue for a rescue from a ditch under the Powers overpass.
On Thursday, April 23, at around 1:30 p.m., CSFD posted on social media that the Fire and Heavy Rescue Team was responding to an injured man in the drainage ditch under the Powers overpass just south of Constitution.
