LAS VEGAS (KVVU/Gray News) — Residents are reacting to a dashcam video appearing to show a vehicle blowing past a stopped school bus with children crossing the street.
Driver Lee Collins said the school bus had deployed its stop arm as kids were getting off the bus, but then they had to get out of the way of the speeding vehicle.
“I couldn’t believe this person just blasted right by. I just sat there in disbelief,” he said. “Thank God those kids didn’t get hit.”…
