SEATTLE — From dog-friendly restaurants to places to walk, Seattle is known as one of the best cities for dog owners.
One very popular walking spot is around Green Lake Park. And that’s where Gary Tucker is celebrating his birthday, for the second year in a row.
“I said, I think for my birthday I want to come back and have a sign that says, ‘Can I pet your dog?'” Tucker said. “It was fun last year, and I still have the sign, so why not?”
