NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – A vehicle crash closed all lanes on I-64 West in Newport News near Jefferson Avenue Thursday afternoon.
As of 3 p.m., multiple lanes have reopened, with only the west inside left shoulder and left lane remaining closed.
Traffic backups are approximately two miles in length, as of 3:03 p.m.
Virginia State Police are investigating this accident.
