TOLEDO, Ohio — Police arrested a woman Thursday for allegedly causing the death of her 8-month-old granddaughter who ingested a lethal amount of fentanyl.
Taletha Kropp, 33, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children in Toledo Municipal Court for the incident, which happened on Feb. 19, according to affidavits.
