IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Johnson County leaders are moving forward with plans for a new jail.
The Johnson County Board of Supervisors voted 4 to 1 on Thursday to move ahead with the project, shifting focus to a new location after ruling out the Historic Poor Farm site.
