AKRON, Ohio — A 26-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a hit and run that killed a 23-year-old man last month, according to Akron police.
Investigators with the department’s Accident Reconstruction Unit identified Jacquelyn D. Ferguson, of Akron, as the driver involved in the Mar. 4 crash that claimed the life of Richard Williams.
Ferguson faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, a fourth-degree felony, according to records filed Thursday in Akron Municipal Court. She was also cited with tinted glass, a minor misdemeanor that carries up to a $200 fine…
