Charleston County judge sentences 21-year-old man to 45 years in 2020 killing

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — A 21-year-old man who plead guilty to a 2020 murder and armed robbery was sentenced Friday at a Charleston County Courthouse.

Darcellus Fishburne, who at the time of the shooting was 15-years-old, was sentenced to 45 years on charges of murder, armed robbery, and attempted armed robbery.
