GARNER, N.C. (WNCN) — An officer with the Four Oaks Police Department is considered a person of interest in an unsolved Garner homicide from more than 20 years ago, a search warrant shows.
According to the Garner Police Department, Josh Davis was killed while walking on Hall Boulevard on Jan. 6, 2004. No arrests have been made in his death, which is being investigated as a homicide.
