CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Arbor Day is often associated with planting new trees, but in Charlottesville, the work does not stop once they are in the ground.
Van Yahres Tree Company, in partnership with ReLeaf Cville, is revisiting trees already planted across the Woolen Mills neighborhood, making sure they continue to grow and stay healthy.
The effort follows a 2024 initiative that brought about 90 new trees to the area at no cost to homeowners…
