Woman convicted of stealing from union now charged with stealing from local business

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A woman who served time in prison for stealing $740,000 from a local union is now charged with stealing from the local business that apparently gave her a second chance.

Diana Frey, 66, is charged with theft, unauthorized use of property, and telecommunications fraud.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich said Frey stole from Weil Thoman Moving and Storage in St. Bernard from 2017 through the end of 2025. Pillich said she manipulated company financial records and inflated payroll figures to swindle the company of up to $400,000…
