CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati man accused of a road rage incident a month ago, is arrested and charged.
Robert Norman is accused of pointing a gun at a woman while driving after he thought she should have let him into a lane of traffic. He was seen on video, hanging out of his car and screaming at the victim.
