HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The Horry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) arrested a wanted man after authorities said he attempted to flee and resist arrest.
Sammy Lee Brown, 26, had an active warrant for second-degree domestic violence.
