LAUREL, Md. (DC News Now) — The city of Laurel and the Department of Public Works are mourning the loss of Brian Bennet, who was killed in a car crash.
Bennett passed away on April 19.
“Brian Bennett represented the very best of public service—quiet dedication, pride in his work, and a genuine commitment to the community he served. His contributions helped strengthen the foundation of our City in ways that often go unseen but are deeply felt every day. We grieve with his family, and we honor a life that made a lasting difference in Laurel,” shared Mayor Keith Sydnor.
