Pasco recommends changes at school after parents, teachers air concerns

The Pasco County school district isn’t going to remove first-year principal Bailey Morris from Wiregrass Elementary School in Wesley Chapel.

That doesn’t mean the district administration is ignoring complaints that parents and teachers at the county’s largest elementary school brought to the school board two weeks ago.

Instead, the superintendent’s office has laid out a plan for the school and its leadership to improve upon concerns identified during a weeklong review at the campus.
