LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – After a cold front passed through Thursday night, Friday we will be left with light northwesterly winds and dry conditions. Highs reaching the upper 80s to low 90s.
Relative humidity values will drop to single digits, as low as 7 percent, especially west of I-27 on Friday afternoon, creating periods of elevated fire conditions. However, no fire weather warnings are necessary for this afternoon because of such light winds.
