Gainesville police break ground on new $19M evidence facility

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) — Gainesville Police Department officials broke ground on a new evidence facility.

Officials say the new Property and Evidence building on Northwest Eighth Avenue will help the department with organization and make sure operations run smoothly.
