LAURELDALE, PA — The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a man wanted on a felony criminal trespass charge.
Richard Dease II, 42, of Laureldale, is accused of unlawfully entering a victim’s apartment on Dec. 6 and causing approximately $1,000 in damage, according to the sheriff’s office.
